Prada Models Take A Tumble

Two Prada models tripped and fell on the catwalk on Tuesday at Milan Fashion Week as onlookers, including Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour, watched in horror, the U.K.’s Daily Mail reports.
The models, who lost their balance in towering snakeskin platform sandals, had to be helped to their feet by members of the audience during the Italian designer’s ready-to-wear spring/summer show.

Just Cavalli spring/summer 2009 collection

Against a seascape backdrop, it was another unusual mix of leopard print, lace, leather and chiffon for the designer, but haven’t we seen this all before?
Unfortunately Cavalli’s patchwork dresses, belted bright cardigans, and neon leopard print swimsuits couldn’t help lift this collection. Too much of what we have come to expect from Cavalli (leopard print? yawn!) and not enough surprise, left behind a definite sense of deja vu.

Katy Perry Special Guest of the D&G s/s 09 Show

Katy Perry, the pop phenomenon exploded in the US with the single “I kissed a Girl”, was a first row guest at the D&G show, the last 22 of September.
To celebrate her presence in Milan, D&G has organized a great showcase at their scenic Headquarters in Via Broggi 23. Katy did a live concert from her last Album “One of the Boys”, currently at the top of the iTunes chart.
The showcare was great… !!! the music, the food, the people! it was a wonderful night in Milan

Paris Hilton asks for a free lunch from Dolce&Gabbana

The oldest news of the year…Paris Hilton, has arrived in Milan for fashion week. Yawn, yawn. Its not yet known if a brand (and who would, seriously?) has offered her a front row seat at their fashion show, or of the arrival of the “most famous celebrity of 2005″ is even linked to the catwalks of Milan.
The rumors, however, are that a very “hardworking” Paris started an exhausting search in the US prior to arriving in Milan in order to locate a restaurant that would accommodate both Paris and her boyfriend Benji Madden for free. Yes, gratis! The “Hello Kitty of America” has no intentions whatsover of paying a bill. According to Paris’ world any restaurant should be over the moon simply to have the pleasure of her gracing their tables. Indeed. During her search, its rumoured that Paris focused her attentions on “GOLD”, the prestigious restaurant owned by Dolce&Gabbana, in order to ensure her “free lunch ticket”. Their reply was elegant and discreet but ended with the line, “We are very sorry, but unfortunately we are fully booked.” Poor Paris need not despair, as close by there is always a twenty-four hour sandwiches van. Bon appetit!
